About this connection
Overview
RailcarRX (now part of Kaleris) runs every Eagle shop. This connection brings work orders, billing repair cards, and car inventory into the model so revenue per car and throughput are measured from the shop floor.
How it works
The REST API is polled every 10 minutes. Shop codes map to locations, 312 job codes collapse into seven service types, and AAR designations map to car type families. BRC ids link work orders to AR invoices in Sage.
