Overview

QuickBooks connects the ledger and sub-ledgers so revenue, cost, payables, and receivables are read from the system of record rather than re-keyed.

How it works

Eagle replicates the general ledger, vendor and customer masters, and open transactions on a schedule, then proposes treatments for company codes, accounts, and locations. Calculations that depend on the ledger recompute after each sync.

Configure

  1. 1Create a read-only integration user with access to GL, AP, AR, and job cost.
  2. 2Select the company databases or subsidiaries to include.
  3. 3Approve location and GL account treatments before derivations use them.
