Overview
Microsoft Dynamics 365 brings accounts, contacts, deals, and activity into the operating model so customer records reconcile with invoices, work orders, and receipts from other systems.
How it works
Eagle reads objects through the vendor API on a schedule, profiles fields and picklists, and proposes how records map to the canonical Customer dimension. Nothing enters the model until a reviewer approves the treatment.
Configure
- 1Authorize with an admin account that can read every object you want to consolidate.
- 2Choose the objects to profile. Accounts and opportunities are selected by default.
- 3Review the proposed customer and location mappings in Mapping Reconciliation.
